Shipping Rates and Policies

Terms of Sale

 
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed by goE-stores, Inc., payment or down payment must be secured before the order can be processed. For security reasons, new customers may be subjected to additional credit verification before certain payment type is accepted.

Order Processing
The estimated shipping dates depend on quantity ordered and production lead time. Actual ship date may vary due to reasons beyond goE-stores, Inc.'s control. In the event of minor delays, every effort will be made to notify the buyer by phone or e-mail. Minor delay cannot be used as the ground for order cancellation. No orders are processed or shipped on Sundays or holidays.

Shipping Terms
Shipping and handling are additional unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale. Shipping dates and delivery dates are estimates only. Actual shipping date may vary. Unless otherwise agreed by goE- stores, Inc., the shipping term is FOB Hong Kong or China (Incoterms 2000). Loss or damage that occurs during any part of the transit by a carrier selected by the buyer is buyer’s responsibility.

Buyers must notify goE- stores, Inc. within 5 days of receipt if any part of the purchase is missing, wrong or damaged. If the shipments are returned to goE-stores, Inc. or manufacturers' address because of wrong address provided by the buyer, failure to take delivery, or other reasons that goE-stores, Inc. is not at fault, the buyer will bear all costs for the incident and remedy.

Customs Duties & Clearance
goE-stores, Inc. will try every way to help minimize buyer’s customs duties. However, goE- stores, Inc. is not responsible for any customs duties and other taxes imposed by buyer's countries. 

goE- stores, Inc. will provide the necessary export documents and information for customs clearance at the destination country. For small shipment using express couriers, goE- stores, Inc. may help buyer to clear the customs as a courtesy. In any circumstances, customs clearance is buyer's responsibility. 

goE- stores, Inc.  recommends buyers to consult with their countries' customs authority before importing any merchandise to minimize customs duties and avoid delay.

Cancelling Orders
Unless goE- stores, Inc. and the buyer have prior agreement, all sales are final once the order is confirmed, except for defective products and products that are significantly different from the agreed specification.

Warranty

 
Warranty Policy
  • All products sold from goE- stores, Inc. are warranted free from defects for at least 1 year from the date of receipt.

 

  • goE- stores, Inc. is offered to direct clients only.

 

  • For any order that is significantly different from the specification, please contact goE- stores, Inc. within 5 working days of receipt. We will have an honest discussion with you to come up with a satisfactory resolution.

 

  • If any package is visibly damaged upon delivery, please accept the package, immediately notify the carrier, and then notify goE- stores, Inc. within 2 days so that a claim can be filed. Please hold the merchandise and the original packaging for inspection and investigation. Failure to take the above actions may risk the receipt of proper compensation. Damaged or missing products that are insured may be compensated for up to the insured value.

 

  • The warranty does not cover driver incompatibility, normal wear, damage due to accidents, physical force, water, fire, power surge, act of God, and other mis-uses.

Shipping Policy

 

Shipping Methods

We ship using express couriers (UPS, FedEx, and DHL), air freight and ocean freight. For small and sample orders, post office express (EMS) and regular air mail are available. Buyers are welcome to use their own couriers or freight forwarders to satisfy their logistics needs. However, such requests should be clearly stated when placing orders.

Buyers agree that goE- stores, Inc. may occasionally and without prior notice use an alternative shipping method of equal service level to ship the order to avoid delays, unreachable destinations, or other restrictions. Buyer will be notified in such a case and shipping cost will remain the same.

Using Buyer's Own Courier

If buyers choose to use their own couriers, goE- stores, Inc. will contact the couriers to confirm the shipping details and costs. Orders will not be processed until the shipping details are confirmed by both buyers and couriers.

Destinations

goE- stores, Inc. ships worldwide. For hard-to-reach destinations, the shipping cost may be higher and the transit time may be longer. Unless agreed otherwise by both goE- stores, Inc. and the buyer, goE-stores, Inc. does not ship to any P.O. Box, FPO/APO, and other military addresses if payment is made using credit cards or other forms of online payments.

During the order confirmation, if goE- stores, Inc. is unable to ship to the destination, goE-stores, Inc. will notify the buyer and recommend alternative shipping options. In the rare cases that the selected courier is unable to ship to the destination after the order is confirmed and goE-stores, Inc. is unable to contact the buyer, goE- stores, Inc. may use an alternative shipping method of similar service level to minimize any delay.

Shipping Date

Small orders will be shipped in 3-6 working days after the order is processed. Medium and large orders take longer. Shipping dates will be updated after the order payments are cleared and goE- stores, Inc. begins processing the orders. Shipping date is estimated only and may vary significantly. Buyers with strict delivery deadline are advised to place orders well in advance.

Shipping Transit Time

Shipping transit time (the time it takes to deliver the goods from the actual ship date) for express couriers (UPS, FedEx, and DHL) usually takes 2-4 working days. It usually takes 4-7 working days for air freight, 12-30 days for ocean freight, and 6-15 working days for post office air mail to deliver the shipments. Shipping transit time may vary significantly due to hard-to-reach destinations, seasons, weather, and occasional customs clearance delay.

While goE-stores, Inc. will try its best to ensure a prompt shipment, goE-stores, Inc. does not guarantee any shipping transit time and delivery time, and is not responsible for any delay during shipment. Request for cancelling the order after production begins because the delivery date no longer fit buyer's needs will not be accepted. Buyers who need the goods to be delivered by certain date are strongly advised to place orders as early as possible, especially during peak seasons.

Total Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Transit Time

The production time varies significantly based on the quantity ordered, the stock availability, and the factory production capacity.

Shipment Tracking

Major express couriers (UPS, FedEx, and DHL) offer full end-to-end shipment tracking via their websites or customer service phone numbers. Post Office air mail offers basic proof of shipment for all orders and proof of delivery in some countries including the USA and Canada. Shipment tracking is available for air freights and ocean freights in the form of flight numbers and vessel names/voyages respectively.

Shipment tracking information may not be immediately available right after the goods are shipped. Please allow 12-24 hours after the dispatch before using the shipment tracking numbers.

Shipping Weight Calculation

Gross shipping weight is calculated based on the actual measured weight or IATA dimensional (volumetric) weight, whichever is larger. The volumetric weight of a shipment is calculated by Length x Width x Height in centimeter (cm) of all cartons combined then divided by 6000.

Shipping Cost Calculation

goE- stores, Inc. charges the shipping and handling cost based on gross shipping weight. Estimated shipping cost is available when buyers place orders online or obtained from our sales representatives.

Unless specified otherwise, shipping cost must be paid in advance and in full. Buyer who chooses to use his/her own shipping courier may still be responsible for the local transportation costs from goE- stores's warehouse to the courier's drop-off location.

Shipping Weight Limits

Major express couriers (UPS, FedEx, and DHL), air freight, and ocean freight do not have a maximum gross shipping weight per shipment. Post office express (EMS) is limited to 20kg gross shipping weight per shipment. Orders over 20kg and shipped using EMS may be split into multiple EMS packages. Regular air mail is limited to 2kg gross shipping weight per shipment.

Insurance

Goods shipped using FedEx, UPS, and DHL are insured by standard insurance as defined by the FedEx, UPS and DHL service terms and conditions. Additional insurance can be purchased if the standard insurance does not cover the full goods value. Various types of insurance for air freight and ocean freight can be purchased when placing the order. Please contact our sales representatives for more detail. Insurance for post office express is not included by default but can be purchased at additional cost. Very small order shipped using regular air mail has build-in insurance for up to US$30 and cannot be upgraded at additional cost.

Lost & Damage during Shipment

In the rare cases of lost and damaged goods during the shipment, buyer should immediately notify the courier within the first 24 hours after the delivery and file a formal claim. All evidence and documents must be retained as proof. The courier may investigate the claim before compensation can be assessed. Buyer should also notify goE- stores, Inc. immediately to help process the claim.

Lost mail investigation may take time, and pre-mature filing of chargeback or payment dispute that goE- stores, Inc. is not at fault is completely unnecessary. Buyer agrees not to file any chargeback or payment dispute until the investigation completes and is compensated before taking any further action.

Re-delivery & Failed Delivery

FedEx, UPS, and DHL attempt to deliver the shipment for up to three times. If delivery still fails, the express couriers will attempt to contact buyer via phone number and email. If buyer still fails to take delivery, the goods may be returned to goE- stores, Inc. at buyer's expense.

For post office express (EMS) and regular air mail, the shipment will be returned to goE- stores, Inc. after multiple delivery attempts and no phone or email contact will be made by the courier.

Certain couriers, especially the post office, leave the package outside the recipient's premises when the delivery fails. goE- stores, Inc. is not responsible for any lost due to that.

Re-deliveries and returns to sender due to delivery failures usually incur significant delays. In any circumstances, goE -stores, Inc. is not responsible for such delays, failed deliveries, wrong shipping addresses provided by buyers, and any other situations that goE- stores, Inc. is not at fault.

If buyer fails to take delivery, the goods shall be held at buyer's sole risk in all respects. In such a case, goE- stores, Inc., acting on buyer's behalf and at buyer's expense, may store, insure, protect, and resell the goods for the buyer.

Returns Due to Refused Delivery

Unless specified otherwise, goE- stores, Inc. does not accept returns due to refusal of the delivery by the buyer or consignee. If the courier returns the shipment due to refused delivery or any other reason that goE- stores, Inc. is not at fault, buyer agrees to pay all costs associated with the return.

Customs Duties

Many countries offer duty-free or reduced duty for importing goods from certain countries. For example, there is no import duty or tax for importing consumer electronics goods from Hong Kong to USA. Many countries offer duty-free allowance for gifts and small quantity imports from most countries.

goE- stores, Inc. will provide the basic export documents and information, including commercial invoice and packing slip, for customs clearance at the designated country. For small to medium shipment using express couriers, goE- stores, Inc. may help buyer to clear the customs as a courtesy.

goE- stores, Inc. will help buyers minimize their customs duties and will cooperate with them to satisfy their requirements legitimately. However, goE- stores, Inc. is not responsible for customs duties, fees, and other taxes imposed by the consignee's or buyer's countries. goE- stores, Inc. is also not responsible for informing the customer or consignee about their own country's import regulations, taxes or duties.

In any circumstances, customs clearance is buyer's responsibility. goE- stores, Inc. recommends buyers to consult with their countries' customs authority before importing any merchandise in large quantity to minimize customs duties and avoid delay.

If the shipment is held or impounded by the customs in consignee's country because the customer or consignee refuses to pay customs fees, duties, or taxes, buyer will assume all additional fees and penalties associated with such an act.

Import Requirement

All products ordered from goE- stores, Inc. pass the customs clearance without any issue most of the time. However, import requirement varies from country to country. It is buyer's responsibility to make sure the goods meet all import requirements. Buyers who plan to place large orders are strongly advised to contact their countries' customs office for more detail.

If the whole shipment is held or impounded by the delivery country's customs due to missing import requirement, goE- stores, Inc. may offer courtesy help by communicating with the customer / consignee and the courier. Such cases are extremely rare and can normally be resolved by providing necessary paperwork.

Other Shipping Issues

In the rare cases of shipping issues, goE- stores, Inc. will help the customer in resolving them. These issues include:

- Damaged goods or packages during shipment: The customer should refuse the receipt of the goods if possible and immediately file a claim to the courier. If the goods are found to be damaged after the receipt, the customer should notify the courier within the first 24 hours. Customer should also contact goE- stores, Inc.. goE- stores, Inc. will help process the claim with the courier. Once the issue has been confirmed, goE- stores, Inc. will follow up the insurance claim with the courier and prepare for sending the replacement as soon as the lost is compensated.

- Lost or misrouted shipment at courier's fault: goE- stores, Inc. will pursue the insurance claim with the courier and will either recover the shipment or send replacements to the customer as soon as the claim has been confirmed and the lost compensated.

- Delivery to the wrong address: If the courier causes the error, goE- stores, Inc. will work with the courier to recover the shipment or resend replacement after the insurance claim is confirmed and lost compensated. If goE- stores, Inc. causes the error, goE- stores, Inc. will try to recover the lost shipment in reasonable time frame or compensate the lost up to the total order value once the recovery attempt is deem futile. Such a case is extremely rare because all order details is confirmed and verified in writing by both parties and the courier before the goods are shipped. If the buyer provides a wrong shipping address, goE- stores, Inc. will help the buyer to recover the lost shipment at buyer's cost. No other compensation will be made in such a case.

Additional Shipping Terms

The default international shipping term is FOB (Free On Board) Hong Kong or FOB ShenZhen, China. For destinations within Hong Kong and China, the default shipping term is EXW (Ex Works). Please refer to the Incoterms 2000 or visit International Chamber of Commerce website at http://www.iccwbo

Warranty & Return Policy

 

Warranty Terms and Conditions

Product quality is a top priority for goE- stores, Inc.. goE- stores, Inc. offers 12-month warranty against defects for all products sold from the date of receipt. The warranty does not cover driver incompatibility, normal wear, unauthorized firmware upgrade, non-rechargeable batteries, consumables, damage due to accidents, physical force, water, fire, power surge, acts of God, or other misuse.

Pre-shipment Quality Assurance Check

goE- stores, Inc. checks all products with a strict quality assurance checklist. The checks include the appearance of the goods, the function of the hardware and software, the packaging, and inclusion of applicable accessories and power adapters. Custom-made products will go through additional checklist as required by the customers.

For small orders and samples, goE- stores, Inc. executes the quality assurance check for all products. For large orders, goE- stores, Inc. uses the Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) industrial standard to ensure high product quality.

Screening Vendors and Factories

goE- stores, Inc. may use third party assembly factories to produce the products and periodically screen vendor and assembly factories to maintain highest quality standard. Each quarter and whenever needed, goE- stores, Inc. will review and evaluate the vendor suitability based on customer feedbacks, factory facility and performance.

Factories that do not meet goE- stores, Inc.s' high quality standard are excluded from being a vendor. New factories that offer good quality and services will be added. All suppliers' quality data will be permanently stored in goE- stores, Inc.'s database for future reference.

Warranty Period Start Date

The warranty period begins from the receipt of the goods by the initial recipient, regardless if the initial recipient is an end user or a reseller.

Warranty Terms for Bad Pixel in Large LCD Panels

Since a 19" LCD display contains 3,932,160 pixels, having a few "bad" pixels is not considered a defect. goE- stores, Inc. uses the generally accepted industrial bad pixel policy for all its products with large LCD panel (7" or larger). Bad pixels are defined as pixels that do not light up (dead pixels) or pixels that are stuck at certain color (stuck pixels). Some bad pixels can easily be fixed with pixel flashing software while others need to be replaced. Having found a dead pixel in a LCD does not mean it will have more bad pixels in the future.

LCD that are found to have the following number of bad pixels or more within the first 30 days after delivery may qualify for replacement:

7"-10": 2 pixels
10.1"-17": 3 pixels
17.1"-24": 4 pixels
24.1" and larger: 5 pixels

Significantly Not-as-described Items

Significantly not-as-described items include completely different items, wrong memory capacities, wrong localized formats, and product colors that are different from what buyers explicitly request. goE- stores, Inc., does not accept returns of goods due to difference in packaging, associated accessories, or product color unless customers explicitly indicate the requirement in writing in their order comments.

Before Returning Items

Most product issues are due to product misuse and can easily be resolved. Please contact our support staff at goe-stores@mycellphonesolarenergycharger.com

before initiating complaints with your online payment or credit card payment providers.

Once our support staff receives your ticket, we will review the issue and offer technical help and resolution. If we believe the product may be defective or significantly not as described, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for returning the items. Items returned without an RMA will not be processed.

Procedure for Returning Goods

1. Customer opens a support ticket detailing the order number, product model number, nature of the problem, and a step-by-step description of how to reproduce the problems.

2. goE- stores, Inc. offers technical help and possible solutions. If the issues are not resolved, we will issue a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) and provide a return slip for enclosing with the returning goods.

3. Customer should immediately return the items by normal post office air mail using the instructions on the return slip. Returned items must be in their original condition, with the return slip, and all their accessories and packaging included, or as advised in the RMA by our support staff.

4. goE- stores, Inc. receives the returned goods and informs the customer. Options for replacement / service / refund are clarified if available.

5. goE- stores, Inc. checks the goods to verify the claim. Replacements or serviced items are shipped back to the customer via regular air mail, with full tracking details provided.

The returned products must be received by goE-stores, Inc. within 30 days from the date the RMA is issued. Returned product received beyond the return period, not in original brand new condition, or has any part missing, may not qualify for warranty.

For valuable items, customers are advised to purchase insurance in case the items are damaged or lost during the shipment. goE- stores, Inc. is not responsible for any damage or loss during the return shipment to goE- stores, Inc.

Handling Returned Items

Returned items, once verified to be defective or significantly not as described, will be replaced with the same model or serviced. If original models are not available for replacements, goE- stores, Inc. will recommend buyers with different models of equal value and similar features as replacements. If replacement models are not available, buyers may use the credit to purchase alternative products, or ask refunds. Original shipping costs are non-refundable except for significantly not-as-described items.

If goE- stores, Inc. verifies that the returned items are non-defective, buyers are responsible for the shipping cost for returning the items back to them. If buyers refuse to pay for the return shipping cost, goE- stores, Inc. reserves the rights to deduct a minimum of 25% restocking fee before issuing a partial refund to the buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable in any circumstances.

In the rare case that buyers return similar items purchased from other vendors, goE- stores, Inc. will notify buyers and is not responsible for replacing or repairing the items. Buyer must pay the shipping cost and may need to pay a USD$3 administrative fee per item before the items can be returned to buyer.

Return Shipping Cost Responsibility

For significantly not-as-described items shipped to buyers, goE- stores, Inc. will reimburse buyers' reasonable shipping cost for returning items using regular post office airmail.

For defective products, customer is responsible for the return shipping cost to goE- stores, Inc. and goE- stores, Inc. is responsible for the shipping cost back to the customer.

For frequent buyers or contracted distributors, goE- stores, Inc. advises buyers to set up return schedules and accumulate enough items before returning them in bulk to save shipping cost. Please contact our support department for more detail in setting up a product service schedule.

Return shipping cost will be refunded to buyer within 10 working days after the returned items are received and verified by our support department. If the original payment is made using PayPal or credit card, refund will be made via the same way.

If the payment is made using Western union, wired Transfer (T/T) or other means, refund will be made less any fees. Frequent buyers are advised to accept the refund as credit for subsequent purchases to avoid payment fee.
